The listing agent (or homeowner if FSBO) will contact us to schedule an appointment. A valid email address is required at the time of appointment.

Next Steps

After you receive confirmation of your appointment, it’s time to get your home photo ready! If you have an agent, they may have some tips on how to get your house ready.

A few suggestions before your photo appointment:

  • Remove any clutter and as many personal items as possible.

  • Check all your lights - replace any bulbs that are not working!

  • Do a light cleaning - dusting, windows, vacuum / sweeping.

After the
Appointment

After your photo appointment is complete, the photographer will process and edit the photos as necessary. All photos are delivered via email link to the listing agent or homeowner. You will receive your photos on the day following your appointment, in most cases before 10AM.
